MANAGEMENT:-
Vikram Rao, a senior IT & TELCO sector related professional is
the fulltime CEO & key promoter of Infeon Global Solutions.
Vikram provides Infeon with over 20 years of cumulative
marketing and general management experience with several
leading MNC’s which include HCL (Hindustan Computers Ltd),
Fujitsu ICIM Ltd, PSI Bull Ltd, DSQ Software Ltd, Modi Xerox
Ltd & Blue Dart Express Ltd.
In his last fulltime assignment, as Director marketing &
Operations was responsible for establishing the Staffing
Services division in India for a US based IT consulting
company.
Some of the key clients that he has worked with closely
include EDS, CSC (Computer Science Corporation) Microsoft
Corporation, CGI Management Services, Daimler Chrysler R & D
center, Nihilent Technologies & Birlasoft.
ASSOCIATES/ADVISORS:-
Mr. D Padmanabhan (Earlier a VP with Infosys Technologies Ltd)
is a technical advisor & consultant to Infeon, bringing with
him over 18 years of software product architecture & design
experience. He was also part of the Infosys core Technology
support group.
Gelina Inc USA, an embedded software related consulting
company promoted by Dr Pradeep Pandey, an ex Senior Director
with empowerTel Networks USA.
TEAM:-
The CEO provides the direction and vision for the organization
in the role of a “Mentor” for the Infeon team. The back office
operations and search functions are headed by a senior
recruitment professional with over 12 years of experience.
There are currently 5 recruiters focusing on Search,
Headhunting, validation & client interaction. Each recruiter
works closely with a set of clients and their corresponding
requirements
INFRASTRUCTURE:-
Infeon currently operates from a 2000 sq ft office located at
Kilpauk a central location in Chennai. The current
infrastructure includes:
• High end Servers and workstations.
• Two high-speed broadband connections.
• Individual mobile phones for all recruiters to facilitate
timely and round the clock SMS and voice based communication
with
candidates even after office hours.
• Conferencing facility to facilitate Infeon team group
interaction with both candidates & clients.
• Videoconferencing facility in place.
• Network infrastructure to support up to 25 personnel.
• Subscription to all major paid job portals like Monster,
Naukri, Jobsahaed, Jobstreet etc.
• A sophisticated software tool to facilitate total automation
of resume management and candidate/client tracking.
METHODOLOGY:-
Infeon has adopted a strong systems & process oriented
approach and has implemented a sophisticated tool to
automate/manage its operations/processes. This includes a
resume management/search module & a CRM module for
client/candidate related interaction & tracking.
